At MillarRich, we are committed to using our position to assist those affected by injustices. At our very core, MillarRich was formed to assist those with disabilities live a life whereby they can be treated with dignity and respect.
As time goes on, we continue to grapple with the challenges of present-day, wishing to be nearer to one another and closer to the support systems we have built over the years. While it is difficult to be away from our community, we also recognize this time as an opportunity for our company to improve upon itself. As our nation moves towards equity for all, MillarRich is focused on implementing practices that provide diversity, equity, and inclusion to ALL in our community. We support all races, genders, and identities, and we will continue to push for equity, empowerment and the celebration of everyone.
We would not be the company we are today if we did not take a position of amplifying the voices of people with disabilities to be included in our society. It is our prerogative to carry that same spirit into all of our policies, outcomes, and practices.
Our pledge as a company to assist those affected by injustice carries through to everyone with whom we are involved. MillarRich has established our DEI committee. The DEI committee in conjunction with our Leadership Team is excited to embark on training to further our efforts in supporting our diverse community. We would like to have some serious conversations about how we can help and support YOU. We want to ensure that we are standing together to combat all forms of discrimination and will be examining our company cultural practices to ensure our company is a place that celebrates and includes ALL of our employees.
